About the role

What you’ll do
• Manage, coach, and grow robotics engineers and contractors. • Hold weekly 1:1s and maintain development plans. • Own interview and onboarding process. • Establish and enforce engineering standards. • Provide leadership with team capacity and risk insights.
What you’ll bring
• B.S. in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field. • 7+ years in production software development with C++ or similar. • 3+ years managing teams of five or more engineers. • Technical depth to evaluate architecture and design. • Work authorization for United States.
