About the role
Lead GitLab's Sales recruiting across the APJ region, partnering with Sales leaders to hire quota-carrying and go-to-market talent. Build hiring strategies reflecting market nuances and develop a team of recruiters.
What you’ll do
• Lead and develop recruiters with coaching and feedback. • Design recruiting strategies and hiring frameworks for APJ markets. • Advise Sales leaders on talent needs and market insights. • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting processes. • Manage personal requisition load for senior Sales roles.
