• Lead engineering initiatives for AI capabilities delivery. • Partner with Product and Architecture on AI solutions. • Guide AI technical strategy and architecture. • Lead and develop software engineering team. • Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years software engineering experience. • 2+ years managing engineering teams. • Experience with AI or LLM-powered enterprise SaaS features. • Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Work authorization for USA.
