About the role
Lead a distributed team of Solutions Architects supporting enterprise customers in the West sales territory. Guide your team to validate GitLab's Enterprise Edition and support platform adoption.
What you’ll do
• Lead and develop a team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects. • Coach and mentor team members with regular feedback. • Drive technical evaluations and demos for customer solutions. • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams. • Define and track team performance indicators.
What you’ll bring
• Experience mentoring and developing technical team members. • Managing technical pre-sales or IT professionals. • Strong technical presentation and communication skills. • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and CI/CD. • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
