About the role
Lead manufacturing process technologies, problem-solving, training, and project management in medical device production. Drive Lean tool implementation and continuous improvement projects site wide.
What you’ll do
• Manufacture tooling, fixtures, and equipment improvements. • Evaluate and approve design releases and ECOs. • Maintain quality system compliance. • Drive safety, quality, production, and cost improvements. • Train personnel and enforce SOPs and DOPs.
What you’ll bring
• 3 years manufacturing engineer experience in medical device. • English proficiency 85%. • Strong root cause analysis experience. • Lean manufacturing tools knowledge, yellow belt preferred. • Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent. • Work authorization for Mexico.
