About the role
Drive manufacturing tools and processes for Starlink from concept to full-scale production. Collaborate with teams to ensure quality, cost, and manufacturability targets are met.
What you’ll do
• Design and implement electro-mechanical assembly and test processes. • Collaborate with mechanical design for manufacturability. • Lead prototype builds and production milestones. • Ensure manufacturing systems meet volume, cost, and quality targets. • Identify and implement tooling and automation opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering. • 1+ years manufacturing experience. • Available for 5 pm - 5 am shifts. • Willing to work weekends and extended hours. • Must meet U.S. Government export regulations for ITAR.
