About the role
Coordinate manufacturing plans, monitor operational performance, analyze production data, and provide insights to support management decisions. Drive manufacturing planning, cost efficiency, process improvement, and execution of business priorities.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate activities across Production, Procurement, Finance, Quality Assurance and Inventory. • Monitor production plans and identify delays or bottlenecks. • Track operational indicators and prepare performance reports. • Identify cost-saving initiatives and resource optimization strategies. • Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 7 years relevant manufacturing operations experience. • At least 3 years managerial or senior coordination experience. • Bachelor's degree in related discipline. • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
