About the role
Lead and elevate incoming material quality processes ensuring components meet quality standards. Support inspection operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Execute and improve incoming inspection processes. • Own Material Review Board process for nonconforming materials. • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and MSA tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. • 2+ years in quality engineering or manufacturing quality. • Knowledge of SPC, MSA, root cause analysis. • Authorized to work in US without visa sponsorship. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
