About the role
Support marketing and business development activities including campaign operations and proposal development. Coordinate marketing workflows and trade show execution for assigned business lines.
What you’ll do
• Manage proposal development from opportunity to submission. • Coordinate proposal activities among teams and partners. • Prepare and edit proposal content and materials. • Ensure compliance with solicitation and branding standards. • Track pursuit status and resource planning.
What you’ll bring
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Advanced Adobe InDesign experience for proposal production. • Experience with SF 330 Architect-Engineer Qualifications packages. • Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred. • Work authorization for US required.
