About the role
Supervise maternal and child health services and clinical care for gender-based violence survivors. Ensure quality, training, monitoring, and coordination of SRH/GBV programs.
What you’ll do
• Supervise MCH and GBV clinical services and referrals. • Ensure compliance with SRH protocols and IPC standards. • Train and mentor health workers on SRH and survivor care. • Monitor service quality and analyse project data. • Prepare reports and coordinate with partners.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Midwifery, Nursing, Public Health or related. • 3+ years in SRH program implementation. • Knowledge of SRH/GBV protocols and Nigerian health systems. • Ability to develop and deliver trainings. • Flexible with irregular hours for emergency response.
