About the role
Provide technical oversight of maternal and child health and gender-based violence activities. Ensure delivery of quality health services and coordinate with stakeholders.
What you’ll do
• Supervise MCH and GBV services and referral pathways. • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards. • Train and mentor midwives and health workers. • Monitor service quality and analyse data trends. • Prepare reports and coordinate with partners.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Midwifery, Nursing, or Public Health. • Minimum 3 years in SRH program implementation. • Proficiency in SRH/GBV protocols. • Knowledge of Nigerian health systems and GBV referrals. • Leadership and training skills, cultural sensitivity.
