About the role
Support pregnant and postpartum women, mother–infant pairs and caregivers through maternal and child health service pathways. Provide peer navigation and health education to improve care continuity and referrals.
What you’ll do
• Provide peer navigation and support to women and caregivers. • Help clients understand services and navigate referrals. • Work with teams to identify barriers and support referrals. • Screen clients for TB and malaria symptoms. • Document activities and maintain confidentiality.
What you’ll bring
• Nursing, Social Work or CHEW qualification. • 1+ year relevant experience or 3-5 years hospital experience. • Fluent in Hausa and English. • Resident of application state encouraged. • Commitment to quality integrated health services.
