About the role
Support pregnant and postpartum women and caregivers through integrated maternal, newborn and child health services. Provide peer navigation and health education to improve service quality and continuity of care.
What you’ll do
• Provide peer navigation and support to women and caregivers. • Deliver health education on ANC, PMTCT, nutrition, malaria, and TB prevention. • Support linkage, appointment follow-up and referrals across health services. • Conduct appointment reminders and defaulter tracing. • Document activities maintaining confidentiality and respectful engagement.
What you’ll bring
• Nursing, Social Work, or CHEW qualification. • 1+ year relevant experience or 3-5 years hospital experience. • Ability to work with facility and community teams. • Commitment to quality integrated health services. • Fluent in Hausa and English; resident of application state.
