About the role
Develop novel manufacturing solutions for precision machined hardware in Starlink satellite RF systems. Drive quality, takt time, and yield improvements with tooling and automation projects.
What you’ll do
• Own product success for precision machined parts. • Design and own shop automation projects. • Implement DFM feedback with engineers and machinists. • Improve production quality and throughput. • Create and own capital and facility project justifications.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s in mechanical, aerospace engineering or related. • 1+ years engineering design experience. • Must pass Air Force background checks. • Ability to work extended hours and weekends. • U.S. work authorization per ITAR requirements.
