About the role
Design and develop mechanical components for Starlink satellites from concept to production. Solve structural, thermal, and electromechanical challenges for space-grade hardware.
What you’ll do
• Own hardware from design through production and operation. • Develop design criteria and collaborate on requirements. • Iterate designs to inform system trades. • Drive design for manufacturing and reduce complexity. • Perform environmental and performance testing.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering. • Experience with CAD and FEA software. • 1+ years mechanical design experience. • U.S. citizenship or authorized to work under ITAR. • Ability to work long hours and weekends.
