About the role
Design and develop mechanical systems for Starlink satellites from concept to production. Collaborate across teams to optimize satellite hardware and support large scale manufacturing.
What you’ll do
• Own hardware from design through production and operation. • Develop design criteria and drive system optimization. • Iterate designs to inform system trades and product direction. • Drive design for manufacturing and error proofing. • Perform testing to validate hardware and ensure compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering. • Experience with CAD and FEA software. • 1+ years mechanical design or manufacturing experience. • U.S. citizenship or authorized to work under ITAR. • Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed.
