About the role
Provide technical support and training for laboratory and diagnostic equipment. Support installation, troubleshooting, and customer service.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations. • Train healthcare professionals on equipment operation. • Support equipment installation and maintenance. • Respond to customer enquiries and after-sales support. • Conduct customer visits and prepare technical reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years relevant experience. • Current MLSCN registration and practising licence. • Good knowledge of laboratory equipment and diagnostic technologies. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
