About the role
Perform laboratory tests and procedures to assist in medical diagnosis and treatment. Ensure proper specimen handling and maintain laboratory equipment.
What you’ll do
• Collect, handle, label and process specimens. • Prepare laboratory reagents. • Maintain laboratory equipment. • Follow safety and infection prevention procedures. • Keep accurate records and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• National Diploma or recognized Medical Laboratory Technician certificate. • Registration with Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria. • Valid annual practising permit or registration tag. • 1-2 years relevant experience preferred. • Knowledge of haematology, microbiology and chemical pathology procedures.
