About the role
Manage medical records workflows and coordinate specialty referrals to support patient care. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant handling of medical records and referrals.
What you’ll do
• Manage Release of Information requests. • Monitor and submit medical records requests. • Track and follow up on outstanding records. • Review and upload incoming records. • Coordinate outgoing specialty referrals.
What you’ll bring
• 1–3 years healthcare or medical records experience. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience with EMR systems and HIPAA knowledge. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Authorization to work in the United States.
