About the role
Lead and manage a team of medical sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Maintain key client relationships and ensure compliance with industry standards.
What you’ll do
• Gather and relay competitor activities and pricing trends. • Maintain relationships with physicians and hospital procurement teams. • Ensure promotional activities comply with regulations. • Lead clinical product demonstrations and staff trainings. • Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales representatives.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years medical or pharmaceutical sales experience. • Prior leadership or supervisory experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or related field. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
