About the role
Support the Service Desk with 2nd line activities and ensure continuity of service delivery. Investigate and resolve incidents, support customers, and provide technical assistance related to CNC.

• Perform 2nd line Service Desk activities. • Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests. • Provide technical support related to CNC. • Take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution. • Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
What you’ll bring
• 5–10 years of relevant experience. • Experience with CNC. • Experience in Service Desk or technical support. • Good command of English. • Dutch is a plus.
