About the role
Manage planning, production, and execution of face-to-face and online events including the Online Annual Conference. Lead ops teams and manage budgets while enhancing member engagement through seamless event experiences.
What you’ll do
• Plan and manage event logistics and timelines. • Lead conference ops team and facilitate meetings. • Create and submit RFPs for venues and vendors. • Negotiate vendor contracts and manage budgets. • Analyze post-event data for improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum eight years meeting planning experience. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to travel up to 15%. • Work authorization for United States.
