The Member Services Representative handles inbound and outbound calls to assist Peak Health members with inquiries and issue resolution. This role supports the Membership Services Team to improve healthcare experiences.
What you’ll do
• Verify member information and address questions. • Resolve member issues efficiently. • Maintain communication channels with members. • Meet production and quality standards. • Communicate effectively with staff and escalate issues.
What you’ll bring
• High School diploma or GED. • Two years customer service in call center. • Ability to work remotely with self-motivation. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Work authorization for United States.
