About the role
The role involves supervising and implementing mental health and psychosocial support activities in mobile clinics to improve community well-being. It includes counseling, community engagement, training, and monitoring of MHPSS programs.
What you’ll do
• Deliver individual and group counselling sessions. • Develop and implement psychosocial activities. • Conduct health talks and awareness campaigns. • Provide mentorship and capacity-building training. • Monitor and evaluate MHPSS activities and prepare reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field. • Minimum three years’ humanitarian experience. • MhGAP and MHPSS training certifications. • Ability to deliver training and capacity-building. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
