About the role
Lead and supervise Brand Ambassadors across regional retail clusters ensuring high execution quality and compliance. Manage daily operations including route auditing and field replenishment data escalation.
What you’ll do
• Conduct daily spot-checks on visibility and stock availability. • Manage and coach Brand Ambassadors in Modern Trade outlets. • Review and validate daily field data and coordinate resupply. • Compile weekly reports and track performance metrics. • Maintain relationships with store managers and distribution partners.
What you’ll bring
• NCE, HND, or B.Sc. in relevant fields. • Bilingual fluency in English and Hausa. • 1-2 years supervising sales or merchandising teams. • Problem-solving skills in retail environments. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
