About the role
The Merchant Acquisition Manager drives merchant acquisition, onboarding, and growth on the Bank's payments ecosystem. The role leads a large sales force to meet volume and revenue targets while ensuring compliance and retention.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute data-driven merchant acquisition plans. • Identify and prioritise high-traffic merchant clusters. • Recruit, train, and manage 50+ field agents and DSAs. • Set and track daily and weekly KPIs for agents. • Drive adoption of loans, deposits, and insurance products.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field. • Minimum 5 years in merchant acquisition or fintech sales. • Experience managing 50+ field agents. • Proven record delivering ₦1B+ monthly targets. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
