About the role
Improve and fine-tune open-weight LLMs powering AI companionship for millions of users. Work on real production models to enhance personalization, consistency, and multilingual behavior.
What you’ll do
• Fine-tune open-weight LLMs using SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, DPO, GRPO. • Diagnose model failures and design experiments. • Build training data and evals shaping model training. • Improve model behavior on personalization and tone. • Ship to production and iterate using user data.
What you’ll bring
• Experience post-training open-weight LLMs in production. • AI core product experience, not experimental feature. • Strong Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face skills. • Ability to build data and evals and decide from evidence. • Work authorization for Spain or remote work.
