About the role
Manage monetization and retention for Ruby Labs' AI LLM chat mobile app on iOS and Android. Own the entire mobile growth funnel from store listing to paid conversion and renewal.
What you’ll do
• Own mobile growth end to-end from store page to renewal. • Deliver quarterly ARPU targets through conversion and retention. • Manage paywall, pricing, and trial offers. • Build retention and win-back loops. • Run structured experiments and analyze results.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in mobile growth or lifecycle roles on subscription apps. • Proven ARPU, conversion or retention gains on iOS and Android. • Hands-on paywall and pricing experimentation experience. • Experience with Mixpanel or equivalent analytics tools. • Strong understanding of subscription economics and platform billing mechanics.
