About the role
The Mobile Service Technician travels to client locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles in the field. This role requires independent work and teamwork with support from the nearest service location.
What you’ll do
• Function as Service Advisor and manage parts duties. • Work directly with clients to provide high customer experience. • Document all vehicle interactions using software. • Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV systems. • Travel in assigned territory and support Service Center as needed.
What you’ll bring
• 2-5 years automotive service technician experience. • Knowledge of HV, LV, and Electric Vehicle powertrain. • EPA 609 Certification. • Valid driver’s license with no recent suspensions. • Work authorization for US.
