About the role
Lead development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems across projects. Ensure data accuracy and use evidence to improve decision-making and demonstrate impact.
What you’ll do
• Develop and oversee MEL framework and tools. • Manage data collection, validation and analysis. • Lead baseline, midline and endline studies. • Prepare MEL and donor reports. • Provide technical leadership and capacity building.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field. • 5+ years experience in MEL or related area. • Proficiency in Excel and digital data tools. • Experience with donor-funded projects. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
