About the role
Lead and manage Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals and operational excellence. Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans and support regional growth and profitability.
What you’ll do
• Assist Mortgage Regional Manager in leadership and management. • Recruit, interview and train mortgage loan originators. • Participate in mortgage banking and realtor trade associations. • Communicate business goals and company performance. • Promote sales environment through training and coaching.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Two or more years relevant experience. • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration. • Comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures. • Work authorization for United States.
