About the role
Assist in developing and maintaining mortgage regulatory compliance policies and procedures. Monitor federal, state, and agency rules to ensure adherence and support audits and examinations.
What you’ll do
• Monitor federal, state and agency rules and regulations. • Develop and implement policies and procedures. • Conduct compliance monitoring and audit preparation. • Review marketing/advertising for TILA compliance. • Work independently on multiple projects.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years mortgage regulatory compliance experience. • Familiarity with NMLS licensing requirements. • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, FrontPage. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
