About the role
Supervise MSI Ladies providing reproductive health services including clinical, stakeholder liaison, and business management support. Train and support private providers to ensure high-quality family planning services.
What you’ll do
• Train and supervise assigned providers on clinical quality and business management. • Ensure competency in counselling, infection prevention, and emergency preparedness. • Manage supply of commodities and clinical equipment. • Support data reporting and compliance with clinical governance. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and community mobilisation.
What you’ll bring
• Registered nurse, midwife or related medical qualification. • At least five years experience in similar role. • Technical expertise in long-acting reversible contraception. • Experience in competency-based training for healthcare providers. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
