About the role
Coordinate, implement, monitor and support the ACCESS education programme at LGA level. Support school enrolment, attendance, retention, foundational literacy, numeracy, and community engagement.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate ACCESS programme delivery at LGA level. • Support identification and enrolment of out-of-school children. • Improve school attendance and retention. • Enhance foundational literacy and numeracy outcomes. • Monitor and evaluate programme data for improvement.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field. • Minimum 8 years in education programming. • Experience with school-based and community education programmes. • Work authorization for Nigeria. • Fluency in English; Yoruba preferred.
