About the role
Lead conflict analysis and peacebuilding programming for the SAAD project in Nigeria. Support anticipatory action planning and peacebuilding initiatives to prevent displacement.
What you’ll do
• Lead conflict analysis and conflict sensitivity adaptation. • Develop conflict-sensitive Anticipatory Action Plans. • Provide training on conflict management and mediation. • Support peacebuilding partners and stakeholder engagement. • Represent DRC in peacebuilding forums.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 5 years in conflict analysis or peacebuilding. • Experience in Nigeria or West Africa conflict contexts. • Strong facilitation and dialogue skills. • Ability to travel up to 30% including conflict areas. • Work authorization for Nigeria.

Contract length one year with possible extension. Salary per DRC national salary structure.
