About the role
Lead and develop the national pharmacy sales team in Germany. Shape and execute the sales strategy for the pharmacy channel to improve diabetes care access.
What you’ll do
• Lead and coach national Pharmacy KAM team. • Develop sales strategy and team structure. • Manage operational sales targets and account plans. • Serve as key contact for national pharmacy cooperations. • Build relationships with national pharmacy market KOLs.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years industry experience. • 2-5 years leadership experience. • Knowledge of German pharmacy market. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Work authorization for Germany.
