About the role
Lead national sales operations for FMCG food products. Build distribution networks and drive revenue growth.
What you’ll do
• Establish and manage distributor and wholesale networks. • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations. • Set territory targets and monitor sales performance. • Drive trade and key account development. • Recruit and manage regional and field sales teams.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years leading regional or national sales operations. • 12+ years FMCG sales experience. • Experience in pricing, margins, credit and collections. • Bachelor’s degree or HND in related discipline. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
