About the role
Join WLG as a NATO Technical Recruiter to source niche technical professionals for defense projects across Europe. This commission-based role involves recruiting for cybersecurity, cloud, software engineering, and other specialized NATO vacancies.
What you’ll do
• Source candidates for NATO and defense technical roles. • Build and maintain talent pipelines across NATO countries. • Conduct candidate screening interviews. • Manage full recruitment lifecycle. • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years recruitment experience, agency preferred. • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills. • Confidence engaging passive candidates. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Fluent English (C1 or above).
