About the role
Define, build, and deploy key product features for Starlink Community Gateway. Support customer integration and improve network performance and reliability.
What you’ll do
• Work with hardware and customers to improve performance and resolve issues. • Provide pre-sales technical support and proposal review. • Develop processes to streamline customer integration. • Collaborate with teams to define product requirements. • Support installation and scaling of new installations. • Travel to customer sites for support and troubleshooting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM or 2+ years networking experience. • 1+ years deploying enterprise or cloud network solutions. • Experience with networking hardware deployment. • Must be U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR. • Willingness to work extended hours and travel.
