About the role
Lead the Network Operations Center team to ensure network availability, performance, and reliability. Drive proactive monitoring, fault resolution, and cross-functional coordination across nationwide infrastructure.
What you’ll do
• Oversee 24/7 network service monitoring. • Ensure proactive fault detection and resolution. • Manage network topology and performance dashboards. • Enforce ITIL incident, problem, and change management. • Manage and mentor NOC engineers and interns.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field. • Minimum 7 years in network operations, 3 in leadership. • CCNP or equivalent certification. • ITIL Foundation certification. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
