About the role
Design and develop mechanical hardware for Starlink satellites from concept to production. Collaborate across teams to optimize satellite systems and ensure high-volume manufacturing success.
What you’ll do
• Own hardware design through production and operation. • Develop design criteria and system optimization. • Iterate designs to inform system trades. • Drive design for manufacturing and error proofing. • Perform environmental and performance testing.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in mechanical or aerospace engineering. • Experience with CAD and FEA software. • 1+ years mechanical design or testing experience. • Graduating winter 2026 or spring/summer 2027. • U.S. citizenship or eligible for ITAR authorization.
