About the role
Originates mortgage loans in an assigned metropolitan territory. Conducts sales activities mostly away from bank locations.
What you’ll do
• Take mortgage loan applications. • Conduct preliminary underwriting reviews. • Submit loan applications for approval. • Follow up on required documents. • Spend 50% time away from bank locations.
What you’ll bring
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act. • High school degree or equivalent. • 2 years mortgage, sales, or real estate experience. • Ability to comply with bank policies. • Work authorization for United States.
