About the role
Prepare and transmit news releases accurately and efficiently over Business Wire's circuits. Support newsroom operations and client communications.
What you’ll do
• Format, edit and proofread press releases quickly and accurately. • Code releases based on client requests and suggest distribution circuits. • Contact clients to resolve errors and confirm details. • Monitor orders and ensure timely handling. • Assist with client questions and guide order submissions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. • Basic technical skills and computer literacy. • Must have work authorization for the US.
