About the role
Provide space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of space planning metrics for clients. Support Moves, Additions and Changes function including space design and moving services.
What you’ll do
• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans. • Create block or stack plans and move lists. • Produce drawings and presentations for meetings. • Maintain occupancy data within system of record. • Prepare forecasts and evaluate space planning trends.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. • Experience with EMR data and scenario planning. • Capacity analysis experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
