About the role
Lead onboarding projects for mid-market customers from contract to adoption and transition. Ensure seamless implementation and customer success in a SaaS environment.
What you’ll do
• Manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle. • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. • Serve as primary contact for onboarding customers. • Lead customer meetings and document action items. • Identify and manage risks and dependencies.
What you’ll bring
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. • 4+ years hotel operations or management experience. • 1+ year project management in SaaS or customer-facing role. • Strong communication and relationship management skills. • Work authorization for Europe or remote work.
