About the role
Provide independent oversight of operational processes, controls and compliance across outlets and support functions. Identify risks, inefficiencies and drive corrective actions.
What you’ll do
• Analyse operational data for unusual trends and concerns. • Review compliance with SOPs and company policies. • Conduct surprise checks and investigations. • Review sales, inventory and cash handling records. • Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
What you’ll bring
• 5–8 years in operational or internal audit. • Strong knowledge of internal controls and cash management. • Bachelor's Degree in related field. • Professional qualification like ICAN, ACCA or CIA preferred. • High integrity and attention to detail.
