About the role

• Own Operations & Service Delivery SOP series. • Manage staffing, scheduling, and capacity planning. • Handle delivery-issue triage and escalation. • Oversee service-level performance tracking. • Coordinate field and service teams in Uyo.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field. • Minimum 5 years operations or service-delivery management experience. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Experience managing SLAs and resource planning. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
