About the role
Lead daily operations across all departments, maintain high service standards and deliver business goals with the Managing Director.
What you’ll do
• Oversee bar, kitchen, floor and support departments. • Manage day shift including opening, service and handover. • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures. • Supervise stocktaking and reconcile inventory. • Lead and motivate staff across departments.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years management experience in restaurant or lounge. • Strong leadership managing cross-department teams. • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. • Discreet, reliable, results-driven.
