About the role
The Order Fulfillment Executive processes and verifies customer orders from confirmation to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role requires managing multiple orders in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
What you’ll do
• Process customer orders using ERP system. • Verify order details and payment confirmation. • Coordinate with warehouse for picking and packing. • Conduct final verification before dispatch. • Report inventory discrepancies and support reconciliation.
What you’ll bring
• HND/BSc in Business, Logistics or related field. • 1-3 years in order fulfillment or logistics. • Familiarity with ERP systems, Odoo preferred. • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
