About the role
Manage accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Coordinate order confirmation, packaging, dispatch, and monitor stock levels.
What you’ll do
• Process and confirm customer orders accurately and timely. • Coordinate production, packing, and logistics for dispatch. • Maintain order records and monitor stock levels. • Communicate delivery updates and resolve order issues. • Prepare orders with proper labeling and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree. • Experience in order fulfillment or logistics coordination. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Familiarity with order management systems or POS.
